| 2009 New General Rules in MRANReborn rules:
a. Reborn Level Requires 260 logout 1st to gain 1 reborn point = 1B Gold and 1.5k stat point remain and activation of 7 to 247 skills.
b. Unlimited reborn when you type the word "reborn" without quotes it means all stat points will be back to 1.5k stat points remain, after logout in game earns 1B Gold automatically.
c. All items and skills for the max reborn characters is totally free but if they have plan to sell his/her own character or items, so be it.
d. All Items including hot items, Donated items and remaining skills from 247 to 300+ in MRAN are for free, if the character reach the maximum reborn there are no limits of requesting free items, but a warning must be observed if they are just requesting items to give it for free, 2 to 3 weeks banned or account deletion.
e. If the character reach the maximum reborn, The user of that character can request skills activation for normal class or extreme class directly to ADMIN.
f. Extreme class characters can have only one class skills if it is not max reborn. However the max reborn characters can have all classes and activated skills.
g. All request of the max reborn characters will be granted, if there are new announced new realeses at the webpage portal, meaning all hot items, new skills, even donated weapons and armours that are available, the max reborn can have those new releases by on demand request.
Request Rules:
a. No begging of Gold and Items for newbies without guild masters who can decide to give free items to thier' members
b. All MRAN players must observe their Guild Master's rules and in-game rules.
d. If the player want to request items and skills as early as he or she is a newbie it means the owner of that character is willing to donate for the items or skills, the processing period may not exceed 2 or 3 days for the activation.
Guild Master's protocols:
a. All Guild Masters must also observe the rules for Guild Master.
b. Guild Master must submit thier own guild's rules to be posted in forum if possible.
GM Protocols:
a. The GM cannot join guild wars or create his/her own guild.
b. All GM must be always online with proper absent with leave if he or she have plan to leave..
c. GM cannot do event without permission from Administrators.
d. All events must attended by at least two or more Game Moderators.
e. GM is responsible to make events with proper rules upon his/her events.
f. No abusing of GM powers.
g. GM must be cooperative to Administrators and to help players regarding with in-game problems.
Punishment:
a. An evidence for all violators must be provided by the accuser.
b. All accusation without basis shall be ignored.
c. Violating of MRAN Online EPX General Rules may result account banned or account deletion.
d. PK is PK no rules.
